 PIZZA CRUST

2 1/4 tsp yeast

1 1/3 cups warm water

2 TBS olive oil

3/4 tsp salt

1 TBS sugar

3 1/2 cups flour

yields 2 large pizzas

Combine yeast with warm water and let stand for 5 minutes. Add olive oil, salt, sugar and flour. mix for 1 minute. Knead dough for 7 minutes and shape dough into ball. place in oiled bowl and let rise 1 hour. Split dough in half and let rise 15 minutes. Roll out into large circles, place on lightly floured pizza pan and top with desired toppings.

Bake 12-15 minutes at 475 degrees
