SOFT PRETZELS

SOFT PRETZELS

 1 Tbsp yeast

1 1/3 cup warm water

1 Tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

3 1/2 cup flour

coarse salt

butter

Dissolve yeast in water in large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt and flour. Mix well and knead at least 5-7 minutes. Form into pretzels. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. Brush on melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Serve warm.
